She skillfully scheduled our time at each home during our weekend trips, which isn’t always an easy task. The house we ended up buying was one of a kind and very reasonably priced. When working with Robin you’ll know she has your best interest at heart and will work until the job is done. We sold our home this summer and were faced with a quick turnaround to closing. Robin helped us find the perfect lot and went to great lengths to locate a rental home that would fit our needs in a market with exceptionally limited inventory. Robin is your greatest asset when shopping for real estate. She takes the time to understand the features most important to you, your price range, your location, other "must-haves", etc., so she can quickly narrow your search time and focus on the properties that best meet your needs. I have depth perception problems and she was able to find a property that was one story, one level, with no trip hazards in the house, which is hard to find in the hill country. Perfect!
Robin showed keen interest on us from the beginning, even before we had actually moved to Austin. She gathered relevant data to help narrow the search and be more effective in identifying potential areas to visit. Once in Austin, it took us a grand total of two days to find "the perfect" home! Robin did a great job listing and selling my property at Lake Travis. The property was a waterfront property that had very few comparables. Robin did a great job listing, marketing, promoting and networking the property during the difficult Covid times. She was dependable, responsive, creative and hard working throughout the process.
